Meet the Team
Luke Feinberg: Owner & Principal Carpenter
As owner and principal carpenter, Luke is responsible for every stage of the work—from setting the overall vision and collaborating with clients, to detailed fabrication in the shop and precise installation on site. This hands-on approach ensures continuity, accountability, and an uncompromising standard of quality throughout the process. By overseeing design intent, craftsmanship, and finish details personally, the work remains cohesive, thoughtfully executed, and true to the highest standards of custom carpentry and fine furniture making.
Mary Feinberg: Business Development
Mary handles our marketing and business development, sharing our work, keeping our portfolio up to date, and connecting with clients and partners. She also works full time as a fundraiser, bringing a strong sense of storytelling and relationship-building to everything she does. As a busy mom of three, she’s an expert at balancing a lot at once—and helps keep the business organized, responsive, and connected to our community.
Tedy Feinberg: Junior Carpenter
Tedy, age nine, officially on the payroll in snacks and high-fives. While his reach may be short, his enthusiasm is limitless—specializing in holding flashlights at almost the right angle, offering unsolicited design opinions, and asking the most important question in carpentry: “Can we keep the scraps?” He’s learning the family trade one board at a time, mastering the basics of measuring twice (sometimes three times), respecting tools, and understanding that sawdust is a badge of honor.
Jack Feinberg: Lead Designer
Age seven, with a résumé built block by block (specifically Magnatiles). With years of hands-on experience balancing form, function, and structural integrity, he brings a bold, imaginative eye to every project. Known for his fearless use of color, ambitious rooflines, and a firm belief that triangles make everything stronger, he reminds us that great design starts with curiosity and creativity. While his tools of choice may still be magnetic, his ideas influence everything we build—proving that good design doesn’t come from a rulebook, but from seeing what’s possible.
Benjamin Feinberg: Finish & Materials Specialist
Age four, with an expert eye for detail and a bold approach to boundaries—especially the coloring kind. Renowned for almost staying inside the lines, he brings that same fearless precision to finishes, stains, and material choices, carefully evaluating each option based on texture, color, and how fun it is to touch. A hands-on tester of surfaces he keeps us grounded in the truth that the best finishes don’t need to be flawless—they just need character. After all, a little personality is what makes a project truly finished.
